Hand Washing Tips

Hand Washing is one of the best ways to prevent illness. Follow these steps for best results.
  • Wet your hands with running water
  • Apply soap 
  • Rub your hands together for at least 20 seconds scrubbing your writsts, between your fingers, under your nails and the backs of your hands
  • Rinse thoroughly
  • Dry your hands with a paper towel or air dryer
